Osvaldo Torres is a Hospitality Consultant and Trainer with more than 16 years of experience in hospitality and tourism.

 

His previous studies in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Neurolinguistic Programming, Applied Neurosciences, Neuromanagement, Neuroleadership and Neurocoaching, together with his experience as a Hotel Butler, has enabled him to create and develop the concept of Experience Hospitality and Neuro-Hospitality, which has allowed him to teach courses and lectures in hotels and universities in Cuba, Jamaica, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Chile and Argentina.

 

He is also author of countless papers published in important magazines and websites of the Hospitality Industry.”
